16U Head Coach
Coach Andrew Braddy is a passionate educator and baseball coach dedicated to developing athletes both on and off the field. He currently serves as the Head Varsity Baseball Coach at Griffith High School, Head Coach of the Windy City Miracle 16U team, and will lead the 15U team in 2025. Alongside his coaching duties, he works as a Physical Education teacher at Griffith Middle School, where he also coaches middle school football. In 2024, he served as an Assistant Coach for the Griffith Generals and as Head JV Coach/Varsity Assistant for Griffith High School Baseball.
A graduate of Ball State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Education and Health (Class of 2023), Coach Braddy brings a strong academic foundation and practical experience to every team he leads. As a player, he was a four-year sectional champion at Griffith High School (2016–2019) and competed with premier travel programs including Indiana Elite and Outsiders Baseball.
He specializes in catching, pitching, and hitting instruction, and is known for his ability to connect with athletes while pushing them to reach their full potential. His coaching philosophy emphasizes player development, discipline, teamwork, and character building in a positive and growth-oriented environment.
“I coach because I’m passionate about making a difference in young athletes’ lives,” he says. “Mentoring and inspiring players to be their best—both on the field and as individuals—is what coaching is all about.”
