With more than 14 years of playing experience, Coach Potacki has built a strong foundation in the game, beginning his athletic career with Triple Crown Academy and later competing as a college athlete at Prairie State. A graduate of Griffith High School, he grew through highly competitive programs that shaped both his skills and his understanding of player development.

Now entering his second year coaching at TF South, Coach Potacki brings three years of dedicated coaching and player development experience. He specializes in infield instruction, fundamentals-based training, and helping athletes build confidence through individualized coaching. His athletic background includes significant accomplishments, such as earning a state championship title and contributing to three consecutive sectional championships.

Known for his enthusiasm and commitment to the game, Coach Potacki is passionate about fostering growth in young athletes. He strives to create a positive, disciplined learning environment where players can develop their skills, mindset, and love for the sport. Whether working with beginners or advanced athletes, he is dedicated to helping each player reach their full potential—on and off the field.
